I bought this 64 off ebay about a year ago. The truck wasnt in as good of shape as I thought it was. It has been about a year long process so far I will post more pics soon.

I ran 255/45's on mine when I had 17's. It ran okay, but 50's my ride a little better...

thanks did all the work in garage this winter i think ill roll it this summer and next winter air bag it,i put a new tranny in 342s in the rear its dropped 6 1/2 in the front and 8 out back freshend up the motor new wood rides good all new suspention and painted it with hot rod flatz your truck is sick been checkin it out for a while

hello all i'm new to the site so i'm not use to the forum ,i bought this truck last fall a 66 longbed fleetside off a guy who has owned it for 30 years he had it stored in his pole barn,since 92.i didn't really wont it when i bought it but for 1500$ i couldn't pass it up,thats up to about 5,000$ now but i love this truck now it runs and drives better than new now.

Here are a few pictures of a '66 Chevy C10 swb fleetside my friend just completed. It is a factory 327/2-speed Powerglide with factory A/C, under-dash ash tray, hazard flashers, power brakes and power-assist steering.

It is the finest example of a factory correct restoration I have ever seen in person.

thanks alot i didn't realize just how many of these trucks are left,untill you drive one.but they are really a well built truck i guess thats why they are still on the roads today and guys like us that love to see them live on.

heres my 60 s/b step side bagged rear torsion bars down 4.5'' so far drives like a dream even with a 350 motor and drum barkes on 4 corners......................yes IT will change
