The grill turned out killer! Who did the chrome plating on the grill?

I'm posting from my phone so I can only post one at a time. But I would say you probably could not have broke down at a better place! 😀

Re: Maggie's Custom
The truck's looking good Jason
That sucks about the engine, but it looks like you have that handled. As was already said, seeing that big smile on Maggie's face has to be worth it. Just a FYI, incase you didn't know. That pic of the engine in black.....that's a 305 balancer on there.

The motor in her truck was a 305 (small balancer) and the "new" motor is a 350 with 305 416 hp heads. I assume he used the 305 balancer because he had it. But a very good eye!!! Thanks Jason I haven't gotten around to using your power steering bracket but as soon as I get the truck sorted out its getting put on!! Thanks Jason |

Re: Maggie's Custom
Ya we gotta get that chevyonly sticker!! I'm putting the bed floor back in and I have some parts coming in to fix the doors (stops, regulators, felt, hinges) along with a few other odds and ends. I ordered Mar-K moulding today! gonna put the white strip back on along with the chrome sail panels. A few more little things and she'll be driving it to work! She can't wait!!
Thanks for all the postive comments!! I'll post more pics when its like I want it. Jason |

Re: Maggie's Custom
Good news truck looks good!! Bad news is it needs a motor, we drove it about 15 miles. I'm assuming running it with the oil pump shaft was not good! lol Shopping craigs list now for another motor. Still plan on making Pistons and Paint Nov 9th!! Stay tuned!!
