Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Marc, no paint this winter, I want a to get some more miles on before it's "done" if there is such a thing. Lots of small things to change, My 28 spline Craigslist 4:10 posi pig works good but is kinda noisy so I'm putting in a 31 spline 3.89 and Moser axles. I still have to make front inner fenders and plumb the A/C as well as a long list of small things to do before paint. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to detailing a finished truck and primer doesn't require much work, so another year in grey is ok with me. Thank you for the kind words.

One of my all time favorites. This is the Suburban that really made me want to pick one up.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Here is a '47 I put together a few years ago with help from a lot of friends.
There are so many nice trucks on here I humbly offer mine to the group. On deck is a 1948 Suburban to build after I finish the 1935 Chevy Coupe. |

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Lowrodder Chevy, The wood came with the bed I purchased from Mac Pro in Moberly Missouri and I don't recall the species...maybe oak. The wife and I coated the boards with multiple coats of poly with steel wool smoothing between coats.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Thanks. Sadly yes we sold it. Wife needed a better car for 8 hour commutes we were doing so something had to go. On a positive note, the truck went to a well to do gentleman that had it built at Karl's Performance and it came out a high dollar very nice truck.
