Great to see you "out and about" in the burb. It looks fantastic but I can see why it will confuse people, great build thread, I've enjoyed every minute

Just finished the final leg of the Hot Rod Power Tour. What a great time! I met a bunch of cool people, and even a few folks who said they followed my build on here. Super awesome!

Nice. I wish I could have made it there this year. No mishaps with the Burban I take it?

Nope, ran perfectly. I did about 200 miles by myself. That was a little worrysome, but she performed without a hitch.

Looks great! I bet the HRPT was fun, I did the long haul in 2015 and can't wait to do it again.

Eagletucky ,I just read you thread " awsome" I'm doing a similar build my wife bought me a 1966 c10 custom big window for Father's Day ( the only rule was I have to finish my 68 Chevelle before I start the truck build) I did acquire a 2005 envoy Denali though 136 k running. $1000 . I'm happy .
Love seeing your burb . It fires up the want to. I never considered using the fire wall and the floor .. but I am now!

Looks good! I've carried my road bikes on top for years and, yes, scraped a couple off! Tried and true process for me now is if a bike is on top, the garage door opener is out of the car and left in the garage. I also often hang a red flag on a string or chain and clip it to the door so it hangs in my view when the door opens.

Both ideas are good. I had already decided to hide my opener in my console when a bike is hooked up.

I like the red flag idea. It might just save by hiney! Thanks!!

Make sure you tell him about this forum so we can continue to watch the build!

At least you got on the street and have a little run with it!

I did have some fun with it, thats for sure!

Im building a "51 Ford Coupe now, but an going to keep my eyes peeled for any good deals on v8 Trailblazers for the next project. I think a 60-66 truck body on one of these chassis would be much easier than the burb...
