Re: The Snortin' bull
I felt when rolling the window up and down on left side at time's a slight bind. The Atman latch is tight in the door and the window regulator just slighly caught on a bolt. I had to trim a bit off end of window regulator.

Re: The Snortin' bull
The left door Altman latch also did not go to the neutral latching position each time. The latch has a lever and it hard to see in this picture but one of the mounting plate screws was pressing against the movement and not allowing the latch to relax. Also had to trim the screws to allow no interference,

An upgrade on Accuair I suggest is toss the relay's provided. Both died in a short time period for the compressor's .Upgrade maybe with a better relay here is a Cole Hersee # in the pict's to use.

Re: The Snortin' bull
A little pinstripe work on the Bull today. I let him go freestyle. I am very proud a good friend and well known artist on the west coast did this for me. Junior Nelson.

Re: The Snortin' bull
Painted upper bed color to match inside panel's of cab and the roof.Waiting for matte clear to set up in the heat and than age it,Using a little trick I learned from a cabinet maker of all people. The brown paper grocery bag is the sand paper.

Re: The Snortin' bull
Thanks. On finished wood it is like the finest grade sandpaper,What I have done in past is as the matte clear is sprayed (some what dry) on last coat I finish it with brown bag.It just leaves like a slight old rough finish in appearance quick. No fancy paint here on the Bull.

Re: The Snortin' bull
over a harsh bump's and rough road's there was a rattle in the steering column. The Bull has has no rag joint in the column now, what I found was just the inner fender liner (wheel tub) would bounce or flex and hit the steering shaft.

Got an MSD 6A black to install. This kinda step's out of the budget build thought . It could live without it though will run stronger.

MSD what a difference .The Bull drink's thru a Barry Grant Street Demon they like to run fat (rich) a bit.The MSD box cleaned up idle and performance is even better.
