Re: Orson the 49 GMC ~ Chris C.
One of my guys spent pretty much all day messing with the headlights. Chris is lucky, since I’m relatively sure that this is the last set I’ll ever do!
My other guy finished up your dash and changed the U Joints. tomorrow we measure how much the front Shaft needs to be shortened, put in the column, start putting in the engine harness, and start putting the dash back together.

Re: Orson the 49 GMC ~ Chris C.
If those are a Hagen frenched light kit I bet they dot have many repeat customers. The light adjustability (or lack there of) of those lights is garbage with their plastic retaining rings and flimsy springs. I never got my set to properly adjust my lights. I too would never spend $$ on a set.

got the column wired, all that’s left are the gauges and heat/AC.
We spent the day putting in the engine harness and Christian spent the day re making the radio panel (he made the hole for the dual USB port too big)

Re: Orson the 49 GMC ~ Chris C.
Good progress! Is that Silverado bracket some sort of bolt-on pass-thru for big hoses?
