Re: Sold American!

^ I like that! I have an Oneida Dust Deputy, which is well over a foot tall. Next time I knock it over and break it, I'll buy one of these, instead.

Re: Sold American!

I looked at that one and the Harbor Freight copy . But I knew I’d end up breaking it knocking it over

Right? Mine's currently held together with sheet metal screws and baling wire.

Fender Telecaster and Fender Pro Junior amp(possibly 1st gen). Both made in Corona California.
Fender Stratocaster made 180 miles away in Ensenada Mexico.
The Marshall was made way across the pond in England.

Re: Sold American!

Made in USA Milton airline coupler. The China hose end would not work, had to go get a Milton hose end so I could use it.

Re: Sold American!

D.B., where did you purchase the Milton airline coupler? I need to replace the ones on my air compressor. I have a 3 way splitter so I can use multiple hoses and air tools at the same time. Hate having to un-couple and re-couple constantly when using several air tools during a garage/shop repair. Have to fiddle with the connections right now to keep them from bleeding air during use.

Fwiw, I’ve had good luck on eBay with some recent Milton purchases also US made.

Ironhorse, I got them from a local family-owned hardware/feed store, see below.

McDonnell Building Materials and Feed
600 N Main St
Keller Tx 76248
P: 817.431.3551

I will have to correct my statement about what I thought the reason the couplers didn't connect to each other. It was due to the style and not USA/China like I thought. Went back and got the right style "T" male coupler. All good now.

Re: Sold American!

My OG Vans, Jeff Spicoli specials circa 1983 . Found them while cleaning out my mom’s garage the other day. They are like new, WAY better quality than what is made now. My daughter is beyond stoked and can’t wait to sport them at school next week

That’s awesome! I have an old Vans shoe box I kept from back in the 80s.

Yes Sir, I have the type M male and bought the type T quick coupler. Then went back and bought the male type T. You're never too old to learn something new.

Re: Sold American!

The "L" type strike me as a good design, since they wouldn't flex so much and trash the o-rings. Looks like I have mostly "T" fittings, which leak like stupid unless they are turned just right..

Just picked this up at Home Depot . Been needing one my old Stanley broke . Never heard of Empire brand but it seems to be pretty sturdy and has heft to it. Wonder the percentage of global materials is

I have that exact pair. Those and Double H were the only US made boots in the local farm store. They appear to be just as good as my last Red Wings, but less $$.
