Re: PO has me PO'd
You'd better hurry up and get that thing on the road before somebody gives you a ford engine. It's mutating fast. That Jimmy chrome is gonna cause some head scratchin'. Looks Good.

Little progress, trans dipstick was a gift from the wifey(Valentines Day). Last pc. on the grille, thanks 5150 and ScottH. This board rocks, I don't know where I would have found these used pcs.

Welcome to the boards from Philly, Pa. Tough way to lose one, pc. by pc. disappearing before your very eyes. Luckily caught mine before it went to far

Re: PO has me PO'd
My '67 cowl hood w/ '72 fenders. Just waiting for the swelling to go down, the old girl took the nose job rather poorly
You can see that the leading edge of the hood is about 1/2"-3/4" to long, I think I have a fix Tim, just trying to cover your six. If you go the full floorboard route, with one cut perpendicular to the frame and one bend up 90 degrees at the rear it should fit. I'll take pics tomorrow to further explain it

Re: PO has me PO'd
Nice patch on the Pass. side. Hold that thought, maybe we can patent a multi-orifice tube off the valve covers

Re: PO has me PO'd
For a perspective from the rust belt...that cab looks already restored to me. j/k, but seriously, it hardly warrents a complete floor replacement. Is the cost of the sheetmetal and labor to replace a complete floor cheaper or easier than just patching those areas that need it? Even after the floor is done, cab corners and rockers and maybe lower pillars, etc. will still need work in most rusted cabs.

Can't believe I never saw this one until now. Your rocker and cab support photos are all too familiar to me lately.
