Thanks. I used "Truck Bed Coating" I bought from Harbor Freight. It was really messy to apply. I just think it would have been easier to do before paint but it worked out.

You're not kidding LOL.. I got the complete front end together with nice gaps and went to install the cowl (very last thing) to find out I had 3/8" gap too much on the drivers side. I ended up loosening the complete front clip up and jockeying the drivers side of the cab over and readjusting everything. It turned out really nice. I will try to post some pics later today.

Thanks for compliments Jim! I so agree with you on closer to the ground. I was hoping with the added weight of the sheet metal it would have brought my front end down lower. I currently have 2 1/2" drop spindles with 1 1/2" springs. It looks like it needs to be about 2" lower for the wheels to set in the fenders right.

Thanks Mike.. Yesterday was the first time I was able to see the truck in the direct sunlight, Wow! It is bright I still need to cut/buff the hood grill and bedsides but I am going to wait until the truck is completely together.

That's an easy fix Mark, just 4 airbags away from instant adjustability in all seriousness though your truck is looking awesome.

Your exactly right. I do eventually want to bag it and switch to tubular A-arms. I love the stance of your truck.

Yesterday I tore apart my stock steering column to sand blast it for PC and install new bearings and turn signal switch. The upper bearing was shot.

With the help from the members in the Lsx section of the forum, I was able to make my own mount for the stock GM fuel pump.
