Yeah no kidding.. i bought a gauge to test the pressures to make sure that the cable is set correctly so hope all going well, ill let you know..

I guess I better clarify this a little bit for ya.

No, him driving the truck doesn't tell me anything. I already knew he was driving the truck obviously if I was going to follow him to the tranny shop. I was there when he finished putting it in. So, I was wondering what the guy at the tranny shop had to say or whether he made any adjustments to the tv cable.

Since I asked Scott the question not long after he and I had parted ways I must have "over simplified" and thought he'd know what I meant. My apologies spokesman Joe.

My bad, yeah i went over there and had him drive it to see what he thought of it, we pulled out on the street and he stands on it then it shifts to second and barks the tires, he says "well i guess its good to go"
Didnt do anything to the cable so i guess i had it set right to begin with (i hope..)

Well i found a couple ground that were burnt in two so i fixed them with the ground strap you gave me and all i have to do is put the new starter on and the manifold then i can see if its really the computer or if i might have gotten lucky and it was just the grounds, but we'll see..

No shift kit i dont think, he did some valve upgrades they they usually do when they rebuild them.

I think the one from the '95 will work.
You could swap it in and we could modify the one out of the '92

Joe- i dont remember seeing that around behind glove box.. ill look in my pile of crap, i mean parts and see if i can find it.

I think it may be mounted to the computer mount, IIRC.
