no the truck is not at my house but the other engine is
i have to swap engines because the one in it has a blown head gasket

A 67 chevy trans am? what the heck is that? lol

And what small block engine put out 600hp from the factory in '67? The only high performance 5.0 sbc that I know of was the 302 Z28 engine but it topped out at 450hp. It was my understanding that the Z28 was the only sbc to claim 1.5hp per cubic inch from the factory.

man I missed that by a long show. I ment camaro that raced in the trans am series. I read it a while back. and they were saying that the 302 for the car was way under rated. They were saying that on the dyno they only reved it up to like 3000RMP and got more then 400HP. and predictied if reved up to 5000RMP they would get numbers around 600HP
