got some good news and some bad news
how bout the end of the story (good news) brand new water pump and radiator and a borrowed clutch fan... now for the story we have had to replace the water pump scence we got the truck and never did well to day the water pump locked up and the fan messed up the upper fan shroud and radiator. i will post pics tomorrow of the carnage cus the truck is a skool in the shop ready for me to start working on it around noon |

Geez!
Hey, I gotta fan for a squarebody pickup truck, I'll let it go cheap if you need one.. Id go to the parts store and complain and show/bring your fan...That'd be a huge bummer.

now its not there falt my water pump broke.far as i know its the original one..dowt it is just, an exaggeration...but im going to the yard to get a fan this weekend but the radiator is only a few month old to soo this time tomorrow it will be done hopefully

oh man that sucks so bad. sorry to hear that. My 88 mustang gt did that to me once. I was doing a burnout, the waterpump shaft broke and sent the fan threw the radiator. Next day I bought a new aftermarket radiator and a used ford tarus electric fan from the junk yard.. Felt like i gained 20hp and sounded so much better then that noisy clutch fan. BTW I checked the gmc tailgate i have and the aluminum strip is not even there.

it was the best thing I ever done for that little car... think that car only has a 225hp 5.0 with 273 gears.. I MAYBE got 10hp outa the fan swap but it was enough to tell.

well i got the truck done in a hour and 15 min with some help from a fellow class mate during class i was supride i did it out class is only a hour and thirty mins long and i didnt want to spend time after skool messing with it..then i leave there and go to my dads work and show him and he got two new used 31x10.50x15 goodyear wrangler tires that a customer didnt want. now i have 31s all the way around but i still cant drop it with those tires ...hay at least i got new tires for the time being

what do yall think of me putting this in my truck i want to put wood grain in it any ways
