What a read. Awesome truck. Did you end up selling all the other toys? Did you guys put the vintage air setup in?

Haven't sold a thing yet, but something has to go! Haven't done the air yet, but probably will. Thanks for chiming in, I appreciate it!

Re: US Tom
Steve,
I'm new to the forum and no offense to anyone else but after going through 72 pages of everyone's pics in the pic thread, I have to say in my opinion, Tom looks the best. I love every aspect of him especially the satin paint. BTW, I'm picking up my first C10 this weekend and I can't wait to start working on her. She's a 70. I had one question, I may have missed it but did you mention where you got Tom's wheels? |

Awesome first post!!!! Welcome to the board and congrats on the new purchase. I actually bought the back wheels from a fellow board member and ordered the fronts new from Intro. Be sure to check out the parts for sale section - lots of awesome stuff in there.

Re: US Tom
The truck turned out incredible! I was always nervous that the wheels wouldn't be nice enough for you but they look great! I still have to polish the other two for myself which I'm really dreading.

Re: US Tom
They worked out great. There's lots of pieces on Tom that came from board members, and when I see different things it reminds me of them, and what a great resource this board is. This place spoils a guy - other vehicles I have don't enjoy the resources we have here.
Tom is getting Vintage Air installed by Kyle with Laid Back Recreations right now, and that will just about finish him up. Hope to make it to Good-guys with him in October, maybe see ya there!

Is it at Kyle's now? I was think I am going out to McBassin's tomorrow to help with a little wiring project and thought about going by Kyle's first to see all of the cool projects he has going on now...

Re: US Tom
Yes, it's there now. You need to check the paint booth he's built - incredible. And Chebby's Square Peg arrives tonight, that will be fun to check out. Kyle is running a Disneyland for car guys out there.

Thanks Mike!
I'd be happy to meet up and do that. Won't be long before Tom gets his finishing touches.

Just checked the the other cars in the auction, you got the nicest c10 up for sell and one of my favorites out of the whole auction.
Good Luck!
