They are just Boss 338's, 20x10 rear and 20x8.5 front...just like a lot of the other guys. I will be at the Brother's show but I don't think my truck will be done. If it is complete enough to drive, it won't have the wood in the bed and won't be color sanded or buffed. I doubt it will be done though, I still have interior to do which depends on others to complete (I can't control when it is finished).

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

Well its been a while but I found a heater core and cover from a pull a part. Cleaned up the leaves and dirt and when I was able to get the cover off I found a bunch of southern cotton stuffed in my heater core cover thanks to some rodents.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I changed the pitman arm on the 71 yesterday and boy howdy what a difference getting that bit of slack out of the steering makes.

I've been slowly rebuilding the front end and steering one piece at a time as I get extra money to buy a few more parts.

I've found that if you look up the chassis parts on the O'Reilly's site and then put the Moog part number in the search on Ebay you can come up with some great deals on Moog Chassis parts.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I'm building a wagon and got most of the bed roughed in. The chassis is done except for paint. Basically a 1/2 scale shortbed with full working suspension...

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I got my Vintage Air slimline unit (for rear air) mounted in the rear of my Burb. Got the hoses ran from the back through the firewall and into the engine compartment, but no fittings installed yet. It has to be functional by Friday because we are heading to the beach! Gen II system isn't cooling the whole Burb enough!

Photos being taken, build thread to come...

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

Got all of the wiring for the lights at the back of the truck wired in, all the lights work. Painless wiring harness! HA! Pain-in-the-ass wiring harness is more like it.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I installed a new starter, remote solenoid, and rebuilt the engine harness, with the correct size wire for HEI. Got all my gauges in the cluster working, finally. PO really butchered this thing up good!
