Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Thanks, it is a '69 truck but he had to have the '67 front end. I have a 4.8 ls engine stuck back for it. He is eight now so that gives me a few years to finish mine before jumping on his.

Nice, D-Speed. Thanks. Can't find my issue of the mag. I can't find my butt without a map these days. I really appreciate the help.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
hey this truck is in my neighbor hood, it is just as nice in person. i seen it sitting in primer and thought i would ask if they wanted to sell it, came back by a while later, and it looked like this. i never asked if they wanted to sell it after that. lol

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
All great looking trucks! I would like to see a longbed with 8 inch wheels. With either 275/60's or a 265/70. I have a '72 longbed i bought last week that i really don't want to lower at this point. I am thinking the 70's would fill the gap a little better although i will give up some width. There is not enough difference in price to make any difference-just don't want to regret buying something I'll want to change later. Thanks

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Nice job Thunder 71. It looks like you are doing it the "right" way. That angled rear window to on the back door looks terrible. You got it goin on with the correct radius on the rear door cab area.............

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
on the front of claymore mines it actually says "front towards enemy". i actually had it written on the front of my old kevlar helmet. i've always found it funny.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
After three years, countless hours and more $$ than I care to think about, here she is in all her radiant glory. In the pics, I've included a "before", a couple of the process, and one of the final beauty (the finished interior is not shown).
One more major change from the standard 3-speed to a Muncie M-20 and I'm done (at least as much as you can ever say your "done" when old trucks are one of your hobbies).
