Thanks it'll stay like that for a while. The truck sits pretty much stock except for the sail panel moldings.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

found this on the web:

"Russel’s flamed yellow ’64 Chevy tractor-pull truck featured a homemade twin-turbo system perched on a 469ci Pontiac engine. With the turbos pushing through a homemade 15psi wastegate and a Holley 850 carb, this puller develops anywhere from 450 to 550 horsepower. Why didn’t Russel just buy his parts like everyone else? “That’d cost money, and I don’t have any of that.”

very nice, love that color! will highly consider a similar shade if I ever decide to repaint mine...just wish it had the black behind the grille, which so many folks skip for whatever reason...very clean though

Where'd that butt print come from?

Outta my way, I don't drive with my horn! (transfusion, transfusion...Google the song from the 60s)

Something about my truck makes the kids hungry. They love to eat in her.

^+1 on that, I hate that it's white behind there. When I paint mine it will have the white trim but black behind the grill. and white bumpers and grill against the green.

Its an original 283. When I bought the truck I was told the engine had been rebuilt and had about 200 miles on it before it was parked for 2 years. Not sure when the camelbacks were put on
