Thats sweet! I've got a '09 R6 that I love. I'm going to be looking for the new R1S once i'm sure they've got the transmission sorted out.

Man i'm suprised you get work on the truck done between having to travel for work and setting up the bike for races, thats a lot of time!

Very cool thanks for sharing!

I used to race with a R1 08 model, like that bike a lot, But with racing I like the R6 a lot more , really better in the corners. And a lot lighter.

That is a sweet bike the New R1
But its a lot of money, in Holland it cost about 25.000 euro

Now I am working again in China, just arrive here, Will be here for one month
After that My wife is coming from Mexico to Holland, and we going to start a family, so I have to work more😱 To maintain my hobby's

Re: Chevy 51" original Texas truck,,now in Holland

So its been a while that I posted something here,
Was working in China for a few months.
Today I was back home, and work a little bit on my truck.

Removed the old bumpstops for the axle

Also did'nt like the looks of the long bumper,
So I shortend it a little

Here is how it was,

And this is now..

Re: Chevy 51" original Texas truck,,now in Holland

What method did you use to shorten the bumper so you didn't mark the chrome?

Hi Lower50's and Jim (oldman)

I cut the bumper with a normal angle grinder, I Will re-Chrome everything later when the truck is almost finisht, the Chrome still looks good now, you can not see that I did it with a grinder.
