Tube LCAs Drop Spindles Air Bags Step Notch Sway bar Sectioned Crossmember Long beds rule. Someday Ill build an EXTRA longbed. Like a Longhorn but a fleetside. Course It would have to be an extended cab also to keep proportions nice...

my first truck started @ age 11 ad drove to high school then tore down and now is in my garage taking up space
my newest long 3/4 ton a 65 that me and my buddy found in a barn it has ben there since 73 and my rough old faithful over loaded 6 cyl daily driven for 4 years. i had a wreck and totaled the truck now sits on a short frame. just couldn't let it go to scrap. it was built out of parts that where laying around drove 50 miles a day at least, never left me stranded it always broke at home

I normally dislike wide whites on anything 1960s or later, but I have to say that looks great. The base grille/bumper along with the top really works with the tires. Those caps and the striping give it the perfect period custom touch. Nice work.
