Okay just finished the new mold now it's time to wait for it to dry

well the lid to the mold did not turn out. so i made another one this morning. fingers crossed

okay so far so good with the mold for the smaller "factory looking" side vents. got 3 made yesterday and more to come today. then I will ship them all off to get chromed this week. Im trying to get as many parts to chrome as I can. its pretty expensive but if I send over 30 parts at once I can save a little money on each.

Hey Jim,

I may be the only one, but I have to admit I am somewhat confused on what the pricing is for these items. I'm very interested in purchasing some factory looking AC vents, but don't really understand what is available or how much they are.

Any chance you could run down what is available and what the pricing is?

I test fitted the smaller side vent balls in the housing and I really like the way they fit now I'm much happier with the new mold

okay this morning im shipping a bunch of parts to be chromed. no side vents yet. im hoping next week i will have enough side vents to ship as alot of you are asking for those so im making as many i can to fulfill the waiting list witch is 54 people right now.

yet another set back. the chemical im using to strip the mold release is etching some of the parts weird that its only some. im going to try something else as I cant have this. someday I will get it all right and life will be good. lots of trial and error.

Dang dude, you're having some serious growing pains. Hope you get it all sorted and can just do some smooth sailing and make lots of these and make lots of money for a great product.

Yes $400. I would use vintage air 4.

the list works like this. i PM the lowest number 1st I will give you 2 days to respond. if I dont hear from you I move to the next in line. dont worry you will still have your place in line you are only skipped over temporarily. I do it this way because some people dont get back to me for a couple of weeks or never. I take Paypal and as you know they want there cut. some of you have "gifted" me the money and I appreciate that because no fees to me. Also I will have parts on Ebay but its going to cost about 10% more because of the fees. so its up to you. I just talked to my chrome guy yesterday and we are looking at about 4 weeks before I get the next batch. Im still working on inventory for the small side vents I want to ship enough to fill as many orders as I can afford. chroming does not come cheap and I have to front all the money. I will keep you updated.

the center vent parts should be here any day now. im still working on building inventory for the smaller side vents. i have orders to make 72 of them and we get a few ready for chrome every weekend so its going to be awhile. i will keep you informed.
