I did some test fitting of some body panels and mounted the engine covers I got from ATP. These LS engines fit like they were designed to go in these trucks!! I can't believe how nice they fit it. I'm looking forward to getting back on this build, , . Here's some pictures....

Small suspension update. I changed the trailing arms to 3/4T ones that are plated top and bottom. I also added a 1 1/4" lowering block while I was at it. I have most of the bed ready to put together, but pictures of that will have to come after Christmas. On another note, I think I have figured out my paint scheme and colors.....

looking good. That color combo would look good on there...however....IMHO (which doesn't matter ) I would go with something "tougher" to fit the beast. Like a metallic gray or grey/silver two tone or a drab green two tone or something to that effect.

Glow in the dark red to match the burb.

That color should look pretty good with it being lowered.
