What is your plan for exhaust? Are you running x or h pipe? what mufflers and where are you going to put them based on your frame stiffener system?

Just a new design for the new year. We are working on some performance versions and decided to truss it together like this for some overkill rigidity. Its pretty slick.

Re: Project "Old Aux"

beautiful build. im going for a simple clean daily driver this time, sold my ground scraping daily driver and bought the wife a new car, with the deal that I get to restore myself a clean daily driver thats not scraping the ground for once!! its best this way, with a new baby at home I dont have much time to get creative and spend big hours at the shop. great truck, this is what im going for this time!

Hopefully you'll come out with a bolt in, no notching required, rack and pinion coilover IFS for these trucks by the time my bank account recovers and I'm ready for one Nate. Something like Scotts makes but beefier. Us old guys don't care about laying frame or running air suspension (I might in just the back).....but still enjoy sweet setups and carving corners...or lightening our front ends for drag racing.

Im pretty sure he's already got one that requires no notching of the frame. Its what im gonna use. Its a 1" dm vs 3" dm.
