Re: 1956 Chevy 3100 Corvette Suspension

Hi Murd, have a quick question on your brake pumbing. Do you have any pics of your rear calipers and brake lines showing how you transitioned from hard lines to flex lines? Mine are from an '88 corvette so calipers are on the front side of the axle. Looking for ideas, if you have any pics i would love to see them, if not dont make a big deal out of it, i will figure it out, thanks, Blake

Re: 1956 Chevy 3100 Corvette Suspension

Went to check out the truck. Still some small things to wrap up and still a good amount of work to do. I actually got to drive the truck for the first time in almost 7 years. It sounded great and it was awesome. Overall I’m pretty happy with it. It’s starting to look good.

Re: 1956 Chevy 3100 Corvette Suspension

Just got done reading this entire thread.
First have to say great job on the thread and keeping us updated on your progress and all the details.
Second, what a beautiful truck, can't wait to see the finished product!!

Just have a small question for you, how did you get the tires to fit in the rear fenders? Widen the fenders or narrow the rear?
