Well I just looked through this whole thread. I have to say some of y'all have some dang good looking trucks.
I did notice a picture of my truck back in post 15. That was way before I owned it though haha. It was this picture.


I have a lot more pictures but I have them in a large size and if I post them here it will distort the whole page. I plan to swap in a 12v Cummins I have. I am already collecting parts for the engine and the swap. I still need a transmission. Have been looking into the 6 speed Allison a lot lately. With my gearing I will be turning 1615 RPM at 70 MPH and 2087 RPM at 90 MPH. Should equate to decent fuel mileage.

Here's my '85 Crew Cab. Just bought it last August for the sole purpose of turning it into my hunting truck. Truck had diesel in it originally, someone put a 350 in it along the way, and i just put an 2005 lq4 (6.0) in it this last March. These are brand new 'take outs' from a honda odyssey (2nd row). There's a Wheelchair conversion van company in Phoenix and a guy buys and sells the 2nd and 3rd rows...btw a lot cheaper than having the seats reupholstered.

and want to talk about irony? either myself or the person on 1st shift built the headrests for the honda minivans. so i may have poured the foam and molded the headrests for your seats =p
