Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
man, that story sucks about barrett jackson. i watch that show all the time and never would have guessed they would treat someone like that. congrats on the top 10 too, thats one hell of an accomplishment considering the millions of customs that get turned out every year.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I hear you on that, thats why I have not paid for the motor yet. I want to build a top 100 car with the ford so I cant just put a small block chevy in it. The motor has to be special in this car. I am getting a deal on this motor, most engine builders would charge 30 50 for this motor. It will make 900 hp on 91 with out breaking a sweat. 1600hp on race fuel

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I hope you are right I have been building this car for 5 yrs now and i have 25000 in the frame air ride and wheels. Does not count all the metal work and body work that has been performed. This car is going to break me.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
For sure don't want to sound like I am complaining because I am not but it is just expensive. But nice things cost money.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Ya its alot of hp. I will never tune it to 1600 hp but my engine builder has a big block chevy at the shop that he pulled out of a 27 foot cat. It has the wipple set up on it making 900hp on 91 and this motor was tearing up 1000hp outdrives. Now I no its a ford motor I am running not a chevy, but the heads I am running will and should flow more air than the heads on the chevy in the shop. I will get some pics of the chevy motor so you can see the set up I am talking about
