Took the bed back off my 65 to finish up frame/exhaust work. Going to paint the frame, can't stand the rusty.

TJ the bird from "My Science Project " would be a good candidate. Nothing like a lighted finger. Any who I went to cruise night.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part II.
Hey, pimpston65, since you are taking a lot of photos of the seat cover process, and it's pretty interesting, maybe you should start a separate thread on it. It would be cool to have it in one place, and might really help people later when doing a search for information on how to do it. Just a thought.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part II.
Spent all day Sunday and Monday at a HUGE SHOW with truch and trailer.
Photo report here. CLICK LINK: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=625828 So much interest in the truck. The teardrop trailer was the winner though with people waiting their turn at times to look at it or take a photo. Every time I take this truck out it pleases my heart.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part II.
Finally got my single deuce setup put on the other day. Still need to tune the carbs and such but man thing right now is no an old demon that has risen from the past. A broken exhaust bolt that mates the two manifolds together is making my truck sound like it has a knarley cam in it ( don't get me wrong sounds great but is a cop magnet in all aspects) video soon to come tomorrow.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part II.
Got the drivers side suspension out and steering box off. Started working on the pass side but got tired and quit for the night. Should have it all apart tomorrow and the controls arms off to the powder coater. Next I have to go the wrecking yard and get the brake parts and try to find some 5 lug wheels to use until next year.
