The Miller High Life design caught my eye but it wasn't a Miller (Champaign of Beers) Sticker ......

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

I just got back from Pacific City Oregon, I went there for a celebration of life for my Step Father who passed at 1/2024. He raised me from 3rd grade until I was a High school senior. We hunted and fished the whole time. He was a Corvette guy, and had a '59, '65, '67, '68, and a '70. Unfortunately when I turned 16 he sold the Corvette and when I moved out he bought some more!!! He was a Vietnam vet!!! Miss you Bob!!! The picture is not very clear but it's ok

I used to have them on my place.

A long whistle (from Me )
Then they raise up to look around Curiously.

Then a shot is rung out and they lay down for a Long Nap.

I haven't seen one around in a while.

I used to have lots of them Critters.

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

almost got my crewcab taken out twice by some old lady this morning.
first time i seen her was at a "T" intersection, she didn't stop at her stop sign, she stopped halfway out into my lane. luckily there was no one coming the other way so i swerved around her into the oncoming lane. i was about to give the driver the one finger salute or a blast on my air horns, till i saw it was an old lady and said fudge it.
then 'bout a mile down the road, i dropped my cd so i pulled off the road. again luckily i just happened to look in my side mirror and here comes old lady driving half off the road right at me. i hit the gas and moved and at the last second she swerved around me.
wow, need to keep an eye out for this old ditty. now i'm behind her and she can't seem to keep her suv on the road. almost like a big magnet was pulling her off onto the shoulder...like this. thats her in front of the silver car.

then we hit the a hill that turns...once again the magnet thing was kicking in and pulled her completely off the road. she ended up flipping her suv on it's side. was going to stop but i had a dump truck behind me and he wasn't gonna be able to stop. i did notice she seemed alright when i went by, but seemed to be in a stupor.....or liquored up...
pics don't show much but it happened so fast and like i said, couldn't stop- didn't want 20 tons of gravel truck coming down on me...thats her taillights in the dust. ya, one taillight is pointing up...over she went

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

We've all heard the old adage "A fly in the ointment". Today I actually experienced it.

I was CCing a pair of heads and after putting a coat of petroleum jelly on the head to seal the plexiglass plate I dropped the plate onto the head as this fly landed in the petroleum jelly, just in time to get squished by the plexiglass. I dont think they could have timed it better in a movie.

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

Had a bit of a stand off the other morning on my way to work. At one point the little guy put his tail down and started towards me like a cat who wants to rub up on your leg. At that pont I was figuring I was going to real be late for work and I wasn’t going to be welcomed back in the house either.
