It was even worse when the front was dropped, before the back.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
I have never heard the Magnaflows that I am aware of but I hear really great things about em nice mellow tone. Every Flowmaster I have heard or owned produced a noticeable cabin gain but If your gonna run your cats and run the exhaust out and away from the cab I don't see a problem with either brand.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
There was a set like that in north Carolina, it was a nova ad a square both painted orange with black stripes, my buddy bought the nova and another guy bought the truck, I see them both regularly I just wish they were parked beside each other

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
4-3/4" Front (3" spindles, 1 coil cut)
6" Rear (flip kit, shackles) I can lower the rear another inch with the shackles, but I need to notch the frame first. |

As far as rubbing... I haven't driven it yet.. I've been working on the engine a bit, so I'll let ya know what I find out. I'm most likely putting my Bonspeed sweeps on it for a bit. I know they wont rub. Oh.... Actually... I won't be able to answer that rubbing question.. I've had the spindles for about 5 years on an older truck of mine... I did some grinding on the spindle to clear the 15" wheels I had at that time. But.. I have run 15" cragars with no rubbing issues on other DJM spindles. |
