That is an excellent question. It's not your fault that you are lost, it' just that the new guys haven't figured out the "Quote" feature yet.

Hi abrahamseven, just curious; what is the green vehicle that we can see a glimpse of next to your '72?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Hi All,

I bought this 1969 C20 last month off of Craigslist. It was from Minnesota and was supposedly stored in a barn since 1999. Not too bad rust wise, but it needs both cab corners, the right side rocker, right side inner fender, and left rear wheel arch. I don't weld so I don't know how I am going to fix it... I took off the original split rims and will give them away if anyone is interested. I also have no use for the original cast iron intake manifold if anyone needs that (also free).

I really enjoy the site and look forward to learning a lot as I go along!

My old 1972 lwb. I just lowered the rear another 1 1/2". I still have to install my a/c and an antenna and that will be it for awhile.

No, the po trailered it to San Diego. I drove it home from there (about 20 miles) and barely made it. The rear brakes were out (rusted brake line) and the carb and fuel pump were leaking gas quite a bit. It was quite an adventure!

Only had it a week so really havent got a chance to see what it will do....I had a 66 Pontiac Tempest with a 326 v8 and as far as I can tell...gas mileage with this combo is better ....also, like the get up and go.....Getting new mufflers and pipes Fri.....to give it alittle more RUMBLE.......
