Adam- you'd be proud. I'm waiting for my Porterbuilt suspension components, twin viair 444 compressors, and a/c system to arrive as we speak. I also spent about 45 mins on the phone today with Tom Lowe, getting things together and making decisions about how to best configure my TURBO! I feel a little wired after spending so much money this week, so I stopped by your build to see what was going on. Your truck is looking great! I really like the way the black tubs break up the engine compartment. I am encouraged by your progress. I plan to start pulling my engine Tuesday after work. I can't wait to watch your build come to a head!!

That is awesome!!! Tom is a great source of knowledge to get you started I would also recommend spending some time and creating an account at www.theturboforums.com as they are also a great source of knowledge and experience for some of the little things that are turbo specific. If you need help finding a good turbo let me know. I have help set up a number of vehicles now, and usually am able to help find some guys better prices on their stuff. Either way if I can be of any help let me know! And stellar on the suspension! I didnt have that kind of cash, but if I did I would buy it as PB makes some great quality stuff!

Re: Project: Turbo 250

talking about parts orders, I've been going over my list double checking and I just know I will forget something.lol plus I dont have the moolah to get everything I need on one order, so I have to prioritize. also went by my engine builders yesterday, and showed him your build thread from page one to current. He was blown away by your engine ! and the rest of your progress.

Re: Project: Turbo 250

Well, heres the update in words for now pics later after my exams today... We started at 0900 and finished up last night at about 2115 The harness has been built, split divided, wrapped and for the most part placed and secured. I just have to crimp and solder the ends on now and finish plugging everything in. This week is midterms for school so we shall see how much time I get to work on it....

Re: Project: Turbo 250

LMAO!!! Yeah I know... I had to go from 3/4" ID heater hose off the water pump to 5/8" ID for the the vintage air... and then I never trimmed it to length for the 5/8" as I am not sure if I am going to run it in the inner fenderwell or not... So I just coiled it up and tossed it in till the wiring is done...
