Posted via Mobile Device Today I got some stainless steel gas struts....mocked up a couple brackets and I still need to make a piece to weld to the hinge at the top. So far I'm happy with the way they work.

I might have missed it, but can you share what application the SS struts are from? Or where you got them and the part number?

Not much to update I'm putting the box back together this week. So it should be on 4 wheels and look like a truck again.......then more parts more money etc.

Posted via Mobile Device I have been waiting for more parts to roll in.......so I made up some caliper brackets ( out of wood ) I'm happy with the fit so they are at a local shop getting cut ( out of metal ) I'll post some pics when I get the metal one back
