Thanks everyone for the comments. There’s been a lot of bumps in the road especially on the last 10% on getting it done but I’m almost there. As far as what the color is it’s supposed to be blue blood red.

First have to say great job on the thread and keeping us updated on your progress and all the details.
Second, what a beautiful truck, can't wait to see the finished product!!

Just have a small question for you, how did you get the tires to fit in the rear fenders? Widen the fenders or narrow the rear?
I had to narrow the rear 2.75” to get the wheels to fit. I didn’t want to widen the fenders.

Here’s a sneak peek of the Interior. These are from a couple weeks ago so I haven’t been able to see how it turned out yet.

They came out of a 04-06 Scion XB. The backs have been cut down.

You did a nice job! I am starting on my 57 soon and looking for ideas. I built my 62 mainly stock with a little mods but now I want to do something different with this one. I ordered a CPP complete Mustang II with rear suspension kit and I'm also planning on a LS swap. Right now I am trying to decide on a rear axle that will work for the truck. My 62 has the same 10 bolt with 390 gears and I hate it on the highway. So I am looking for 70s rear end. Who designed your for panels? They also look killer!

Awesome truck. Just read the entire thread. Congrats on the magazine feature. I was wondering if you could take a picture of how you did the transition from sub box area to the door frame in the last pic? I'm getting close but need some ideas on how to smooth out those funky angles. Thanks

Re: 1956 Chevy 3100 Corvette Suspension

Here are the last pics I’ll post before I pick the truck up next week. Getting the truck ready for the first show. Going to be making the trip from Tampa to the Lone Star Throwdown. I’ll post detailed pics of the truck once I get to the show.

The truck is 95% done. I was able to get it home in order to take it to the Lone Star Throwdown in Texas. Truck did awesome and won top 100.
