I did not know that they are reproducing these lenses. Can you tell me where you have found them? Thanks! |

Not sure who reproduces them in the US but there is a place in Ontario Canada that is having the original clear 60-61 GMC hood lenses reproduced, They run around $39.95 each Canadian + shipping. Not sure if they are made to order of if they are a stock item? If you want to send me a PM I can send you the website address & the contact info if you want to order a pair? Not sure I am allowed to post that kind of info in the forum as I am new on here. I know they do ship worldwide. Thanks. |

My '62 C20. Has a 235, 4-on-the-floor, transmission brake, and the dealer-special rust.

They are very subtle in the bumper....but I like them in the hood better. I just think they'd be hard to see in the bumper with the headlights on.

Re: Post Your 60-63 Body Style Chevy/GMC Trucks
Here's a couple shots of a 63 I am working on. It started life as a long bed 3/4 ton. I step notched the frame to a 115" wheelbase and then installed a 1/4 plate on the inside of the frame that spans well past where the notch took place. I bought one 1/2 ton short bed fleetside a guy had for the bed only. While I was there we made a deal and I bought the other 2 63's he had sitting. Going to attempt to recoup some of my cash eventually.

Re: Post Your 60-63 Body Style Chevy/GMC Trucks
Does anybody (windshield guys?) know if the 60-63 windshield is the same wrap configuration as the 55-59 shape? They look very close.
