Re: Plus Five
Made some inner fender panels for the rear.
They will hold the mudflaps. Just need to add some holes at the bottom to hold the rubber.

Re: Plus Five
Thanks,
It's good to be making pieces again. I like the building more than the driving, so the details are fun!

Re: Plus Five
Also installed the gap seals for the front fenders.
They are made from .060 aluminum bent into an L then shrink/stretched to follow the curves. Then covered the edges with a thin rubber u-shaped trim.

Re: Plus Five
Just discovered your build and WOW have you done some super design and fab work. Thanks for sharing the great ideas. One small suggestion though, tell your wife how great this truck will look when towing her landscape supplies in a small utility trailer.

Thanks,
We'll see how it drives. If she likes it we'll keep it shined up!

I made a bracket and mounted a windshield

Re: Plus Five
I just finished looking through your build. So many good ideas and beautiful work. I will gain from our work well into the future. I would like to use your knowledge for areas I have questions. I have the same cab, with an LS 2,4l65e, C4 rear, so for a lot of what you have done is still ahead me. I'll leave the cab dimensions alone. Your build and documentation is far ahead of most I have found here.
