no....

It is used on a hand held power tool which is always used outdoors......

The rollers are adjustable and squeeze or pinch a part of this tool together as it is pulled across; taking the part back to original specs.

It is used on a gas powered hand tool's "attachment or part", ....the tool is used outdoors and often in the woods. Used on a metal part but the part is not sheetmetal it is either a laminated steel or solid....the attachment varies in width depending on the tool but most are approx 1/4 inch wide

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!

A friend of mine told me that it was a air compressor, and I told him I've never seen one without fins for cooling....Wrong !!!

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!

Part of a yard hydrant shut off valve

Shut-off valve operates below the frost line. Hydrant cannot freeze because when it is closed, all water in the stand pipe drains out of a hole in the valve which is set in the ground

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!

Used to temporarily plug a pipe by turning the top and expanding the rubber....so a plumber can fix a broken or leaking section
