Thanks guys! I'm just a 1 to 1.5 man show here (thanks Ernie,), so progress isn't super fast. My weekend project was shortening the rear wheel tubs so I can get the bed wrapped up and sent off to my paint guy. I got one tub shortened. It took most of Saturday as I was working on some other projects at the same time. It was a lot of work for just a small change, . I'll have left to do is finish up the welding/grinding. I'll try to get the other side knocked out this week. I'm also thinking about getting a fiberglass mold taken off of these. I wonder if there would be a demand for them? There's a local company that does fiberglass work and I'm going to talk to them after I get them done. Pics as always.....

How did you recreate the body line in the middle section of the tub?

Are you still going to widen them? By the way, that plate looks all wrong on the squarebody.

I'm going to widen them 1.5" Steve. It isn't necessary, but I want to have room if I decide to put a 12" wheel on it later. I think the "lid" looks perfect on the brick.....

Lid, Yes. Plate, No. It's not a 6T8 or a ZZZ.

Thanks! Had some more parts show up yesterday. Picked up the rest of the AC stuff from Travis at Pro Performance. Also got the full ACC floor mat. I found a really cheap and quick place to get them from, OC Auto Carpets. Best price and service I have found. Hopefully this will be the last of the big ticket items. No progress for the next week as we our using spring break to look at colleges for our youngest. Will try to get back on it hot and heavy when we get back.

Re: Project "Shifted"

Those are cool. I was wanting something like that also. Do you know how the hood stays up without springs, struts, or a prop rod?

^^^ I'm wondering the same thing. They look like a great alternative to the PB hinges. What front inner fenders are you using? I've got the Hill's inners...
