It's amazing what you can get accomplished once you get off the couch.....

We finished up the cab dolly last night and mounted the cab to it with lag bolts. It turned out pretty nice and moves around with very little effort.






If all goes well I'll be cutting metal tonight. It's all down hill from here.

I could shoot you a line of but I don't have one good excuse for no updates. I've actually been trying to help Alan troubleshoot his 4-runner and by "troubleshoot" I mean holding the flashlight.

from looking at your cab, unless your going to shave the square where the wiring harness is, you need to find a Factory Fit Aftermarket harness. I believe American Auto Wire and Ron Francis carry factory fit harnessess.

I plan on filling in a few of the "extra" holes when the time comes and the wiring harness hole is one that will get filled. I'm going to use a kit from AAW when the time comes.

I dusted it off the other day. We have four more weeks of summer care for the kids and then I'll try to buy the rest of the sheet metal. One step at a time.

Luckily, I've got most of the parts to put mine back together with. I just need to find someone to put it back together.

Thanks Mike. I wasn't really looking for a tach cluster, but I got a good deal in this one and it was too hard to pass up.

This year is half over you better get back in the swing of things before I catch up to you.

Old Alan is about as good as they come. It's good having a gearhead for a neighbor. We "try" to keep each other going on these projects, but we fall short sometimes.
