1969 C20, CST. 396, 21,000 mile documented Survivor

Working on a Black 69 C20, CST, 396, column auto, pwr steering, pwr brakes, AC, Tach, AM/FM. center console/bucket seats, original rear spiral shocks, original T3 headlight bulbs etc. This truck is in outstanding original condition with exception of wheels/tires. I have been looking for factory info on this CST package as to which wheel/tire/dog dish package would be correct. It currently has 33's and what appears to be some sort of Turbine aluminum wheel. The tires are rubbing making the truck unenjoyable to drive. I also am looking for the jack and tools including the bag since this truck for some reason is missing. Any C20 CST owners out there?
