Re: Weekly Sightings

Another one I saw today. I talked to the guy before and it is a 70 1/2 ton CST with factory big block, cab lights, tach, and tool box. Very clean truck. Best picture I could get today.

Found this in a small town in Oklahoma. Guy is the second owner and he knows what it is worth!

Its showing about 45,000 miles and is very very clean.

Re: Weekly Sightings

I wanted to work onthe Longhorn this past Saturday. My wife dragged me and our daughter to a brunch at a "farm" not far from the house. Being the optimist I am, I looked for a bright side..... Aha! found one.

A working '72 C20. I talked to the owner for a while and we both agreed that this is the series truck to have and keep.

He said he wouldn't mind if I posted a pic of it...so........

Re: Weekly Sightings

I saw these two this past week. I saw the long bed at the gas station, and the 68 on my way home Friday. A little old couple got out as I pulled into the parking lot and they were into the store before I got close to it. - Matt

Wow, that's one I've never seen in the neighborhood - looks like you're pulling around the Regions Bank right down the street from my house across from Big Red... That is a killer fleetside!

He is from sherwood. Going on the tour with the group. Look at the c10tour page. Name is mark. Thought id seen the truck before. We need to get in contact with him and have him get in on our local cruises, if you ever get yours put back together. Otherwise we will duct tape a bucket on your frame and show off how much work is in suspension and motor when i tow you around. Lol.

Re: Weekly Sightings

Here's one I saw at Home Depot. Not a 67-72, but cool nonetheless. The woman's dad bought it new and used in on the farm. She said it was always a flatbed.

Re: Weekly Sightings

Look what just showed up in my neighborhood. This is sitting in the driveway two houses up from me (new owners moved in a couple weeks ago). No one's home otherwise I would have asked a ton of questions. I think I've seen this for sale locally and I think I've also seen the build thread for this truck. Anyone remember/know who's it is??? - Matt
