Re: Dropmembered trucks
I know he could, I just wanted to see what everyone here had to say. Nate's a busy guy, so I figured if I could solve the problem without ordering new $1400.00 control arms I would. There is a lot of framelaying trucks in this thread, someone must have had this issue. Besides, every time I talk to Nate I end up spending a boatload more money He always has something new that I want.

Wheel Backspacing: We have found that a 20x8.5” wheel with anywhere between a 5.25” and 5.5” back-spacing works best on the front. So with a 9.5" rim your going to want 6.25" or 6.5" of back spacing. Hope that helps. The narrower control arms would work too.

Re: Dropmembered trucks
havent checked this thread in a while, man there are some beautiful dropmember'd trucks out there. i only wish i had a new pic to add, but sadly, no suspension progress has been made for about a year haha. this whole "parts costing money" thing is really killing my progress.

Got everything for my front end today. Hopefully I'll be able to at least add some progress pics before too long.

Re: Dropmembered trucks
My bad.... I saw the word 'mild' & thought of the kits that utilized the stock front x-member & used the mild bolt-in rear notch set-up vs the step-notch set-ups.
You can dock me for the week .

Re: Dropmembered trucks
You can come out of "time out" now. Try not to let it happen again.

But... if you want one built we are closer to "three weeks" than "two". LOL Gonna have to coin a new phrase: "Three Weeks".
