Re: Rods 57
Thanks for all the comments, it did come out pretty good, i was not sure how I would like it, its pretty thick but lots of rocks in ID so it should keep the fenders looking good on the top side.

Great job.
I did the same thing to the same parts with Raptor Liner on the wife's 57. It has held up really good.

Re: Rods 57
Ok, I have to share my week so far at SEMA. Its been rally cool so far. Here are a couple of highlights.
First this is my private one on one talk with Chip Foose, just saw him in a parking lot and started talking about welding... He showed me a custom truck he is doing that was in his trailer and all the mods he is doing. |

That sure is a beautiful truck Rods57. I especially like the color of your frame. Who did it? is it powder coated or painted?

Re: Rods 57
Nice build there Rod, just caught up with the whole thread. I like the way the camaro clip used the original truck front clip for the rad support and the bumper too. Came out nice.
If you need more practice metal I got lots of fenders that need repairing!!! lol cant wait to see it done.

Then you can basically walk to the K Street mall area where more and more restaurants and bar life is going on, Walk through the capitol gardens on L street, and then go down to Sutters Fort on the east end of L street. Food and drink is the name of the game around all of downtown Sac. BE ready to eat all kinds of good food! Enjoy
