I had my local upholsterer recover a bench from 91 chevy truck. Turned out nice for only $300

Like the seat. Did you have to modify anything to fit the floors.? Which seat brackets you use?

Thanks

Re: Show us you're seats

Here is my original seat in my 65 Suburban 2nd reupholstery job done locally by a couple that has a business called
Rags to Riches Upholstery Very reasonable and they can do any type of covers you want My next job on these is going to be a cloth and vinyl like original I like these but now that my truck is back to my daily driver, I want something easy to clean

How hard is it to wire something like that up?

Here is my original rear seat still sporting the original cover. It's curling up around the edges but is still holding on. I keep it as clean as I can using Tuff Stuff cleaner. It's not harsh but cleans vinyl, etc very well.

Re: Show us you're seats

Seats are out of 99-06 GM truck and console is out of 07-13 GM truck. We decided to go with the newer console because it's much sturdier than the 99-06 folding console. The 07-13 console straddles the transmission hump perfectly, all we have to do is put a spacer between the cab floor and the front mounting holes. We set the seats inside the cab, with the forward/rear adjustment set somewhere in the mid range to allow for adjustment later, centered the driver seat on the steering wheel, marked the holes, and will install with grade 8 bolts.

Re: Show us you're seats

I've finally taken my fantasy 66 Chev bucket seats to the upholstery shop. Since Chevy trucks didn't have a bucket seat option I decided to make my own. These are made from 2 66 bench seats. My version of "what if?"

I remember you talking about making those years ago.
Looks like you are close to achieving your vision.
I look forward to seeing how they turn out.
Although, I don't remember if you mentioned what you were doing for a center console.
