Re: Vintage picture thread
There's already a thread on ads & literature. Plenty of "vintage" in there.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ight=show+lits As far as vintage photos of members' vehicles or those of others',I have some I may have not shown (I fell asleep last night looking through this thread to see). Here's my '71 Custom Camper/20 back in '89 when we went to northern New Mexico,s/w Colorado, northern Arizona, and southern Utah:

A snapshot my Dad took when he was in the Checkers MC in the early fifties. I've got a few similar to this that I scanned.

Re: Vintage picture thread
Man I never saw them ship cars like that either, guess there testing the front seals in the engine and the tranny or something LOL.Special-K gotta love them STUDES,there's a guy here that has one in the I'm thinkin in the late forties or fifties, that's on a 4x4 frame used to see him using it as a truck as he was always pulling junk cars to the crusher.Out of all the trucks and suburbans I owned all have been 4x4's except 1.Guess what ME likes 4x4's.So keep the pics coming..
