That’s a good question. Kinda looks like very faded 514 med red to me, but it’s hard to tell in a pic, that’s for sure.

Its got a very uniform appearance, even on the leading edges (top of box, front and top of hood). Also there is no difference around some of the dents. It reminds me of my 67 GMC which has a bit older repaint. I'll dig up a couple pics.

Regardless it appears to be a very nice truck for sure either way.

Welcome to the site. Chevy didn't make any factory crew cabs, the closest thing was the conversion companies like Scottbuilt that were done per order.

Needs rockers/cab corners - but wanted to share the not-often-seen paint/int trim combo: Hugger Orange with gold/Sandalwood! Nice. I wish the original seat cover was visible.
