Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
It's better
You have 16" shorter wheelbase and less hanging over past the rear axle. Makes it easier to park. I think overall length is close to a suburban, but the wheelbase is longer on a CCSB.

If they wanted that to be "camouflaged", I think sky blue with clouds would have been the better paint choice.....

Contact a local marine upholsterer. You're gonna have to have a cover custom made if you want something that fits nice. It's not gonna be cheap.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
my Girlfriend took two 2X4's across the bed and a 1X8 attached with angle brackets run'n the length of the bed with a piece of pipe insulation on top to keep water from puddle'n in the middle and pull'n the cover down into the bed. that help'd a lot .

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
I think I posted a picture of my truck earlier on, but it's been awhile since I've been on here. Added the sleeper and wing since then.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
This thing needs either a full-house drag boat or a Super Modified on an open trailer behind it to be complete. Bitc*in' truck, I grew up surrounded by 'em.

The mirrors are from 1989 - 1991 suburban/blazer. They are electric, so you will need the harness if you do the swap. I'm pretty sure those are the years. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. |
