I think if you search the threads you'll see that it's been done so you can get more than enough info about the bed/frame shortning operation.

From what I have read, it is 8" in the back of the bed, and 12" in the front of the bed.

That is a very nice looking truck! Nice to see it painted the "correct" color since very few are. Of course I may be biased since all of my personal cars and trucks have been black.

Me too Jason. I wanted to paint my truck yellow, but the wife doesn't like yellow. It's going to be Black & Red, with red interior, and have the stance of that yellow truck, or lower.
