LOL if i would have seen that i would have posted these pics ! Here is a couple pics of my " SOLDERING STATION " that i built last night and a pic of me tucking lug nut with my truck on the caster rollers !

i am a firm believer that having the right tool makes every job easier, even if you build that tool yourself, i have tried to hold wires and solder them together ....that doesnt work so i whipped this up last night !

That's funny you think you're done fabbing! Just a hunch, but I'd bet a buck or two that another cool idea pops into your head at night. It looks *****in! Tucking lug-nut.....what's next! How bout Slosh Tubz Soldering Stations!? Couple lightening holes, some pin stripe.....

LOL, you are so right , i am drawing out a brake to let me bend the front one piece panels so i can start making them to sell.....heck who know this whole SLOSH TUBZ thing might really turn into something .... SLOSH TUBZ + SLOSH TUBZ FILLER PANELS + SLOSH TUBZ RADIATOR COVER = SLOSH TUBZ complete engine compartment dress up !

the pipe to put the iron in might cool the soldering iron off a little , the pipe itself will get hot for sure
maibe you need to tack a little nail across the end to stick the tip under so it kindah floats inside the pipe and contacts less surface

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts

i just hope the trucks are the same all over , if you got a slightly bigger radiator or a radiator cap in a different spot that kite whont fly
you could sell it in slightly larger parts that are beadrolled but that you still need to weld together though so you can trim it to any size

no i havent, but the only thing that would be different is the thickness of the metal laying over the top of the core support ? is there something that is that close ? i honestly havent even thought about it
