I love how you put them both in Slosh Tubz t-shirts.

The setup is looking really nice man... If you are anything like me.. when You get into this home stretch your frame rails start filling up with all kinds of stuff, you start really debating on where you are going to hide things, then you may have to redo some things. It looks like you have planned things out pretty well so HOPEFULLY you wont have those problems.

BTW... did you cut those elevel sensor wires?

thanks man , i am considering running my batter wires through my step notch by drilling a hole and welding a piece of pipe in, just wondering what that might do to the structural integrity of the notch ? and yes i cut and shortened my level sensor wires ! ( i really didnt want to do that but...)

i was thinking about a truckarm kit for the sake of simplicity but looking at the space created inside the frame from using the four link i might convert , on the other hand i might not be able to put brackets on the outside of the frame because of the arms there

has anyone ever considered z-ing the rearframe 6 to 8 inches bout right after the bulkhead of the bed ?
doing it that way and raising the floor of the bed to the same amount might make mounting stuff under the floor eazier and keep the mountings to the floor stock

figured to make a jig under the frame to hold the parts in there place make a precice slant cut over 6 inches raise the backhalf 6 to 8 inch where it sits and have a steelmill bend me some slantcut 6 inch wide U's the same thicknes steel of the original frame to weld in vertical in between them

prolly need to make a pretty solid crossmember inside that z

the thing with the wirefeed though the pipe you where talking about , it shouldnt make a difference , it might even be stronger , look at airplane ribs they fill them with holes and flange them there just as strong but lighter

thanks guys, i installed all of my ride height sensors last night, now time for mounting the ride height sensor arms, and getting some pipe today to run through the notch for my wiring

i managed to get my wiring routed in all of the directions it needs to go (and zip tied it all into place) next step, i will weld 3/4 inch tubing to run it all in , keeping most of it hidden. I drilled one hole through both notches and welded in a piece of 3/4 pipe to run part of my wiring through , starting to clean all of the wiring up !

mike you should get a kit from painless and bundle and cover the wire, go to like ace and get a frame plug to protect the power wire, also one all the level sensors are wired up and good to go all lights on the controller should be white no more red.

the wires will be wrapped and then slid through the pipe that i will be welding to the frame in several places , i still need to tap my control arms and 4 link for the other end of the levelers, and 1 battery

very nice and clean ....theh accuair extreem mount of wires was a little of a throw off but after some adult beverages and some brainstorming in finally too came up with a clean plan....I actually went from under the brige but ours is differnt..your idea is nice and will come out nice like all the things you have done....wish i had the time to put into it like that but its like I get maybee an hour or so to play and then its time to wash up and eat to get ready for work. the wife will kill me when I get the engine bay started, the bed frame wasnt so bad, lowes is so close so tubing is easy to get too so that saved some time but when it i need to buy a dimple dye set and a bead roller she isnt gonna be thrilled but I got a nice new back splash for the kitchen im gonna supprise her with. one last time for a question, run the vinspeeds or the octanes w/tribar????? ive narrowed hundereds to them, I got my brake together after a fun afternoon of safty wire and the wheels go next, Ive got my $ with Schott but can go either way at this point...I think the octains will really stand out of a crowd and fit the truck well. your thoughts?
