I love the red and white. It looks great and the headliner is a nice touch too. I'm not sure about the tonno either. As heavy as the panel is you wont have a heat warping problem...lol

Re: '64 chevy 2wd to 4wd

yup, know what thats like....
got 2 crews & a '55 waiting, a peterbilt.....and then today i threw a couple more in the mix. too good a deal to pass up, for up here anyway.
'70 big block impala 3n1 $10, another'68 elky big block $10

'60 fleetside, $5 cause the box is boogered, like i care....
Name: 1983.jpg
Views: 249
Size: 50.6 KB

going to try find another '60 to make a crewy, impala & elky i snagged for parts, mainly the b.blocks, cause i have no more big blocks left in the parts box, had just enough to put one together for the panel. it costs me 'bout 3x's what i paid for the impala for one b.block from the casters
Name: 1984.jpg
Views: 251

was re-hashing these old headers out, but i think i will snag a set of the stockers from the impala. thats whats left of a cowl plenum air cleaner

Re: '64 chevy 2wd to 4wd

that bites Dale!
gets harder the older ya get....hope you can find something....you might have to take up building models to kill time...
nope, have'nt dragged out the camper yet....25th anniversary in may, in that time i have never, ever bought the wife any kind of jewelry, i know nothing about it-all chinese to me, she even had to pick out her own wedding ring. wife was more likely to get a quart of Pennzoil from me... so last x-mas i got stupid & started payments on an expensive ring....been slow at work-rain..... see where this is going....do i put plates on the crew to pick up the camper () or make a payment on wifes ring for anniversary next month ()
hmmmm, i like to be fed
anyways, got a 427 happening for the panel

I have a few offers but if I take one my severance dissappears. So I'll get stuff done around the ranch and then worry about it. Make the payment and make her happy. I suck at picking jewelry too.
