Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/1717039748.html
From the ad: Im selling my 1970 Blazer Its a factory 2wd. Runs great and is my daily driver/project. Body work is all most complete will just need a final blocking before painting. Body was pretty straight and rust free before any body prep was done, I had a 1967 front body clip put on and its all GM metal. It has no inner fender wells. I had a complete Early Classics 4/6 drop installed and converted it all over to 5 lugs bolt patterns. Its sitting on 17" chrome rallys. The 350 motor is a later center bolt valve cover style w/ low miles and the T350 was rebuilt at the time of the suspension work. Interior needs work all 3 seats are factory I do not have the center console. The double wall top is in good shape w/ no cracks or rips but will need to be refinished. This 2wd Blazer is very solid it still needs work but its well worth the $6500. So the price is firm!!!!!!!!! keywords;chevy, chevy 2wd blazer |

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread
I saw the listing with your name in it. Did the owner do the body work or just prime it?

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread
He did a bunch of body work. rockers, tailgate, new lift gate, smoothed out a bunch of dents, new front end, rollpan, ect. I sold it when I needed money for my business venture and told him if he ever sold it I wanted the chance to buy it back. He stuck to his word and business is good so I bought it back.

I agree! They're either on the left coast or the right, but never the third...

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread
My thoughts completely! If I had an extra $20K laying around, I'd be on a roadtrip to Longview.

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread
Bouncy, I just got this one back. It doesn't look like this anymore! It was sold and taken apart for a restoration about 5 years ago and never finished. I'm putting it back together now. Just want to drive it and some day do frame off. It needs a lot of TLC. It has had floor and the rocker replacement. Rockers don't fit right. Bottom of the doors have rust and will need work. Both will have to be repaired or replaced at a later date. I am having a great time putting it back together. I can't wait to drive it again.
