Our last truck, the 'Bullit, was called an 'all out, purpose built truck', but it was a realy simple build. A new chassis, a crate motor, (used trans), and a steel body. By the way, this will be an all-steel, wipers, heater, radio, and lights, urathane susension bushings, no blower, pump gas street killer. Our competition is running things like Appleton rack & pinions, carbon fiber everything, carbon metalic anti lock brakes, and have scrub lines of 3", not very streetable. BUT, don't worry, you won't have to compete with us ant more. GoodGuys re-set the class breaks, so we will run in the Pro class, with the vendors and sponsors, so we have to beat Spectra, DTS, Roadster shop, Finch, and the likes, all in Camaros Chevelles and Mustangs. So get your trucks ready, come out for some fun, and cheer us on, we've got our work cut out for us.

What a pile of you know what!!! When you're all finished with the final assembly send out here to the Midwest and I'll dispose of it for you. But seriously, it looks like you're kicking right along. Keep up the hard work. And don't worry about all the Camaros, 'Birds or 'Stangs, in the end you guys'll come out ahead. Beside's everybody races muscle cars, you guys are kicking off a whole new muscle "car".

The rule makers did the same thing to a guy I worked with in the late 80's in southern California. He dominated the street car street tire class in autocross for four years straight in his 70 RS Z/28 so they made him run in the race prep class. He still won without any changes to his street car. We have faith you can do the same and come out victorious in the new class.
